SHIPPING COSTS

  • Order cut-off: 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

DELIVERY CARRIERS

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for shipping.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We cannot change delivery addresses for orders in transit. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to update your address.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancel orders before they are dispatched. If an order has shipped, refer to our refund policy.

DAMAGED PARCELS

Reject damaged packages from the courier and contact us. If a damaged package is delivered, reach out to customer service for next steps.

MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIPPING

  • Method: Standard economy ground shipping (carrier varies by manufacturer).
  • Processing: 1–2 business days (possible delays due to manufacturer coordination).
  • Transit time: 1–5 business days (depends on manufacturer location and destination).
  • Tracking: Email sent with tracking info after dispatch.
  • Updates: We’ll notify you promptly of any unforeseen delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This policy applies to US orders. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with their country’s regulations.
